This pedal completely changes the sound of the guitar. It kills the lows and mids. I don't think you could recreate the normal guitar sound with a serious equalizer. And you can't completely eliminate the shimmer part of the effect from the echo, even by turning the knob to zero. In addition, the pedal is horribly large and heavy. I was very disappointed, I had to return the pedal because it's not worth its price.

The cosmic sound invites you to experiment :) a solid metal case that can withstand even harder pressure, I would have appreciated the knob more if it were clickable like before, but it's not that much of a problem. The only possible minor flaw is that if you want to filter out the shimmer completely, you have to play around with the settings a lot. But otherwise, it's a real gem for a great price :)
