MUZIKER, a.s., having its registered office at Drieňová 1H, 821 01 Bratislava, Slovak Republic, Company Number: 35 840 773, registered in the Commercial Register of the Municipal Court Bratislava III, Section: Sa, Insert No. 3337/B (hereinafter "company') has an interest in ensuring the accessibility of its Website under the web domain Muziker.co.uk in accordance with Act No. 351/2022 Coll. on the accessibility of products and services for persons with disabilities and on amendments to certain acts (hereinafter referred to as "Accessibility Act") and relevant implementing and related regulations, in particular Government Regulation No. 283/2023 Coll., which lays down requirements for accessibility of services for persons with disabilities, functionality criteria and criteria for assessing disproportionate burden (hereinafter referred to as "regulation"), Act No. 95/2019 Coll. on Information Technologies in Public Administration and on the Amendment of Certain Acts, as amended (hereinafter referred to as "ITVS Act), Decree of the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister of the Slovak Republic for Investments and Informatization No. 78/2020 Coll. on Standards for Public Administration Information Technologies, as amended (hereinafter referred to as "ordinance"), including STN EN 301 549 Accessibility requirements for ICT products and services (871549) (hereinafter referred to as "STN EN 301 549") as well as the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Specific Specification Levels A and AA for Web Content Accessibility Version 2.1. (en.: Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1) (hereinafter referred to as "rules W3C“).


This accessibility statement applies to websites under a web domain Muziker.co.uk.


Compliance status

Websites under the web domain Muziker.co.uk are partially compliant with the Accessibility Act and the relevant implementing as well as related regulations with respect to the elements of non-compliance and/or exemptions listed below.


Inaccessible content

The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons:

  • non-compliance with the accessibility rules according to Sec 14 of the Decree, STN EN 301 549 and W3C rules:
  • in some cases, the site provides the user with non-text content that does not have a text alternative [WCAG 2.1. - 1.1.1],
  • in some cases, the HTML document lacks division into smaller logical units with appropriate roles, which can make it difficult for users to navigate the page [WCAG 2.1 - 1.3.1],
  • In some cases, elements in the HTML document are assigned the wrong role [WCAG 2.1 - 1.3.1],
  • in some cases, text fields are missing their corresponding name, or the text field and the corresponding name are not properly linked in the HTML document [WCAG 2.1 - 1.3.1],
  • in some cases, the information conveyed by color is not also made available by text, and is the only visual means of providing information [WCAG 2.1 - 1.3.1 and WCAG 2.1 - 1.4.1];
  • in some cases, it is not possible to derive the correct order of the presented content from the code, especially in the case of pop-up modal windows, which are placed at the end of the HTML document if activated [WCAG 2.1. - 1.3.2],
  • the purpose of the text boxes that collect user information is not deducible from the [WCAG 2.1 - 1.3.5] code;
  • changing the font size to 200% causes the content to lose legibility in some cases [WCAG 2.1 - 1.4.4],
  • In some cases, the visual representation of text does not have a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1 and visual display of UI elements with a contrast ratio of at least 3:1 [WCAG 2.1 - 1.4.3 and WCAG 2.1 - 1.4.11];
  • When setting the screen width corresponding to 320 css pixels, the content loses its functionality in some cases [WCAG 2.1 - 1.4.10],
  • When setting specific parameters such as line height (at least 1.5 times the font size), spacing between paragraphs (min. twice the font size), letter spacing (min. 0.12 - times the font size) and the word spacing (min. 0.16 - times the font size), the layout of elements on the page is broken in some places [WCAG 2.1 - 1.4.12],
  • the cursor setting in some cases triggers the display of additional content that cannot be rejected [WCAG 2.1 - 1.4.13],
  • not all content functions can be controlled via the keyboard, especially on shopping cart pages [WCAG 2.1 - 2.1.1],
  • in some cases, after focusing an element on a page using the keyboard, it is not possible to shift the focus of that element using the keyboard alone, e.g. in the search text box [WCAG 2.1 - 2.1.2],
  • in some cases, the site uses a pop-up window that has a display timeout set and this timeout cannot be turned off, set or extended, e.g. a pop-up window after adding a product to the cart [WCAG 2.1 - 2.2.1],
  • in rare cases, the page uses automatically triggered moving text, the duration of which exceeds 5 seconds, and this mechanism cannot be paused, stopped or hidden [WCAG 2.1. - 2.2.2],
  • the user does not have a mechanism to skip a block of repetitive content [WCAG 2.1 - 2.4.1],
  • Some targetable elements do not receive focus in logical order, e.g. elements in pop-ups or modal windows [WCAG 2.1 - 2.4.3].
  • in rare cases, it is not possible to derive the purpose of a link from its text or from the link text in combination with its context derived from the code [WCAG 2.1 - 2.4.4],
  • especially for the Apple Safari web browser, the keyboard focus indicator is not fully visible [WCAG 2.1 - 2.4.7],
  • the language of foreign-language phrases in the content cannot be derived from the code, i.e. text readers do not read them in the respective language [WCAG 2.1 - 3.1.2],
  • when changing the domain and language via the top navigation banner, the user is not sufficiently informed about the change of context [WCAG 2.1 - 3.2.2],
  • some elements that have the same function within a set of web pages are not identifiable uniformly [WCAG 2.1 - 3.2.4];
  • in rare cases, correction suggestions are not provided when entering data and subsequently detecting an error, namely an incorrectly entered phone number in the form for changing the phone number in the customer account [WCAG 2.1 - 3.3.3],
  • some elements, e.g. modal, dialog, and alert windows, do not have a programmatically specified role attribute [WCAG 2.1. - 4.1.2],
  • status messages such as a change in the status of the cart, search result, insertion of a product into the cart, incorrectly entered data in the form, are not presented to the user through assistive technologies without the need for focus [WCAG 2.1 - 4.1.3];
  • content not created or financed by a service provider (company) or an entity under the control of the service provider pursuant to Sec 2(2)(2) of the Accessibility Act:
  • The Site contains a separate pre-recorded video recording to which no audio commentary or other alternative information is provided [WCAG 2.1. - 1.2.2, WCAG 2.1. - 1.2.3, WCAG 2.1. - 1.2.5].
