Shipping Costs and Delivery Times

All prices for products quoted on our website are inclusive of legally applicable VAT.
If the total value of order is 99 £, or less, within Great Britain,
the customer will have to pay a delivery fee of 8 £ per domestic order.
For orders in excess of 99 £, we will post goods free of shipping costs.

The exact delivery charge can be found on our website specifically for each product,
in the shopping basket, and on the order form.

Delivery Policy

Products will be delivered by courier services.
The orders are delivered to the address provided during the ordering process.
After the goods have been dispatched, we will send you an e-mail with a link
which you can use to check the current status and progress of your delivery.

Unless the information on the product page states otherwise, all goods (except from the good from our display or B-stock) are ready to be dispatched immediately and delivered within 3 working days. Pianos and heavy items may take 5-7 days.
If the expected delivery is different, this information will be stated on the product page.
