Classy dreadnought-style guitar that features deluxe cosmetic appointments, solid-top construction and a warm, resonant sound. Combining a solid spruce top with black walnut back and sides, the GD51 pumps out all the big, bold tone players expect from a dreadnought. The slim mahogany neck and 12”-radius bound laurel fingerboard provide great feel and playability, while the split-saddle design of the laurel bridge provides superior intonation for sweeter-sounding chords and single-note runs. Other great features include a synthetic bone nut and bridge saddle, laurel headcap, abalone rosette and mother-of-pearl dot inlays, gold die-cast tuners and a beautiful gloss finish.

Maximálna spokojnosť s gitarou. Má krásny zvuk a celkové spracovanie je na veľmi vysokej úrovni. Výhoda je tiež, že gitara má nízky dohmat - struny sú nízko nad hmatníkom.

Maximum satisfaction with the guitar. It has a beautiful sound and the overall processing is at a very high level. The advantage is also that the guitar has a low fingerboard - the strings are low above the fingerboard.

Takamkne guitars always have great build quality and this is no exception. I would say the sound is quite bright for a dreadnought but lovely harmonic sounds from the highs. It's a stunning looking guitar too. The only thing I'll say is that it will probably need a set up to unleash its full potential. I think maybe the nut needs filing. Will be going to a luthier ASAP. Overall its a great guitar for the money.

Pluses: for the price perfect guitar. superb sound very good overall workmanship very nice finish, strings are close to the fingerboard and very easy to play even though I haven't held the guitar in my hand for about 10 years
