4CH DMX over network cable extender.
Network Cable it includes 4 twisted pairs, each with 100Ω characteristic impedance. Can twisted pairs be used to transmit 4 pairs of audio signal(analog or AES/EBU digital signal), or even 4-channel DMX signal? Accordingly, they have specially developed the CXA027-CXA034 series converter.
As a type of 4-channel DMX signal converter, CXA027-CXA034 series converter can transfer light signal by using CAT5E cable or above as DMX512 cable. It includes 4*XLR plugs at one end and 1*RJ45 at the other end. Use network cable to connect two respective converters. Light signal being transmitted in network cable can save the costs of DMX512 greatly. This converter has four models, namely 4*XLR(3P)female—RJ45, 4*XLR(3P)male—RJ45, 4*XLR(5P)female—RJ45 and 4*XLR(5P)male—RJ45.
