I ordered this product in November 2024 and in January 2025, after normal, home use, the cartridge needle stopped working properly. The product was sent to service, I received several papers in Slovak with the answer “Visual inspection revealed mechanical damage to the pen. Conclusion: The damage mentioned cannot be considered a warranty claim in any case, it is clearly caused by someone else’s fault.” And I didn’t play football with the cartridge… I mention that in the evening I listened to a record, everything was ok, the next morning, when I put the needle on the record - surprise, I thought I had ruined the vinyl 😂 Any cartridge has a recommended life of about a year, in normal listening mode, not a month and a half in the conditions where you listen to an average of 10 records per week. Disappointing..because I didn’t play football with it. I was recommended a new needle from Audiotehnica, I was going to change it anyway, but I will not buy from muziker again, despite my customer history. At the moment I am using another cartridge on the pickup, Ortofon Concorde blue, which is 2 years old, in the absence of the original one, which I am waiting for to be returned.
