1)The first shipment arrived damaged(broken part of the fingerboard in the area of the fingerboard mechanics-string tensioning).After a complaint (thanks for the acknowledgement without delays) a new guitar arrived,but with a replaced fingerboard(despite the fact that I requested a new piece).The strings were,respectively.They were not stretched and were loose,the minus keys were missing and the case was original(with the holes taped over from the initial damage).I spent two days adjusting the fingerboard to,like,make it in tune.Since the tremolo is unusable in practice,I fixed it up to make the guitar usable,so I can't return it. I have been very satisfied with Muziker so far,and especially in the brick and mortar shop on Eisteinova,so Eshop never again.As an old customer,I would deserve some refund,but I don't believe,but I will still use the brick and mortar shop,especially for the customer access.
