The SUB series Ray5 features two ceramic humbucker pickups to achieve the massive sound that the original MusicMan USA Stingray model characterizes. It's all thanks to an active preamplifier with a five-position switch. Tuning stability is provided by improved SBMM tuning pegs and a vintage bridge.
