Vater VHRN American Hickory Rock Drumsticks
American Hickory Rock Nylon Tip Drumsticks. Full sized barrel tip and long shaft for weight and extra reach. Hickory is the most popular wood used for making drumsticks. Hickory is denser, heavier and more rigid than Maple. Hickory can also absorb a great amount of shock, which reduces hand and wrist fatigue. Dark, or "brown" hickory, is found closer to the tree's center and is slightly denser and heavier than "white" hickory.
Тype: Rock
Heavier and longer sticks designed to withstand aggressive playing. Provide volume and durability.
Material: Hickory
Known for its excellent balance of strength, flexibility, and shock absorption, hickory is the most common wood used for drumsticks. It provides a natural feel and is ideal for a wide range of musical styles.
Shape: Barrel
Barrel tips produce a strong, powerful sound with enhanced volume and impact due to their larger contact surface. They are ideal for rock and heavier playing styles.
Tip: Nylon
Nylon tips produce a brighter, sharper, and more defined sound compared to wooden tips, especially on cymbals. They offer increased durability and consistency, making them popular for genres that demand clarity and projection.
