Ordered a Sire guitar. Communication was good, delivery time was only 10 days from Slovakia to Scotland, responsiveness to a possible fault was excellent, and price was the best online. Quality control was why I gave 4 stars instead of 5 as the guitar needed a proper set up to be able to play it - truss rod, bridge and intonation all adjusted. Pretty good overall, though.

Generally good, just a couple of points. The delivery was a few days later than I was told. Part of the brake and some nuts and bolts had fallen off. These were loose in the box; fortunately they had not fallen out completely. The tyres were flat and there was a scuff on the fork. But functionally the scooter is great.

Clubs are good and sold at good price. However a nightmare experience with their courier ups as 4 times I was given a time and finally arrived 5 days after the original and after numerous live chats and phone calls…..muzikers customer service was unhelpful just saying they will arrive ???? I took two days off work to sign for and so the clubs cost me way more in the end than if I had purchased locally….never again

I am in the UK. Bought some Strymon software and it was a great price, better than elsewhere by quite a margin. The download process was quite straightforward, despite having to go to a different (the manufacturers) website for it and there being a different name for the codes involved. But overall very happy with the experience.

The offshore trousers are awesome, however UPS delivery was rubbish. Address wasn't recognised by UPS. Changed delivery to a delivery point. They failed to deliver there twice. Finally arrived 3 weeks later, at the original delivery address, and after multiple calls to UPS. However, once again, the HH offshores are ace. Quality production. Thank you Muziker for supplying them.

Excellent Customer Service, Great Product, and fast efficient delivery

Had trouble sourcing my item from other retailers but Muziker had it in stock & use a good courier service in UPS so I was happy to order from them. The order even arrived a day earlier than estimated.
