Great price, well packaged bass that was out of stock everywhere else. Delivery from Slovakia to Scotland in under 6 working days (9 days in total), just 1 day later than quoted but that was due to UPS not Muziker. Website Live Chat is good and responsive to enquiries, and the site link to tracking the parcel worked well. Would buy from Muziker again. Recommended!

My first order which was before Christmas didn’t arrive but that was down to UPS messing up the delivery, Muziker gave me £25 off my next order so I reordered and they arrive a week later. I live in the UK so they’re £250 cheaper than American Golf! Absolute bargain. Excellent quality of product

I bought a golf bag from Muziker eight months ago. They delivered it promptly, which was great. It broke about eight months ago and I tried to get it replaced by the manufacturer under their warranty, which didn't work. I then contacted Muziker who tried to replace it, but when they didn't have it in stock, refunded the cash immediately. Really positive experience, you can buy with complete trust from Muziker.

Wasn’t aware that the parcel would be shipped from Eastern Europe but the shipping worked well given the extra distance and time. The Sire H7v is very good except it has significant fret sprout with sharp edges catching the left hand during playing.

Great overall experience. Nice touch giving a free UK adapter as the power was European. Would buy again for sure.

I was after some particular products for sending to the UK. Muziker had the items at a good enough price and the promise that they knew how to ship to the UK. Luck would have it that they had some other items I was thinking of getting at very good prices, almost enough to make the high (almost £30) shipping cost to the UK be factored out. The website and its functionality is excellent. Only 2 things were annoying. 1) UPS did not collect the parcel until 4 days after they first recorded that they had it, but rather tracked what was supposed to happen until my delivery date past, then they figured out they didn't have the parcel after all. 2) The parcels were not well packaged. The items themselves were quite robust things so did not get damaged but the inner box of one item was destroyed. I was pleased that other loose items were bagged before being put inside a large box, but the box had several holes in it before I got it, almost entirely open at one end such that even the back could've fallen out given a few more days in a courier network. 4 stars reflects that everything went OK in the end, but it was too close for comfort on the packaging score. I did mix 2 really heavy items up with bits and bobs in the order, so for small things I'm sure Muziker would be OK, but then again small things tend to be cheap meaning the high shipping costs would be a barrier vs going elsewhere. Muziker will now be on my list of places to try in future now I know what to expect, but they're not at Thomann or Bax Music level with regard to packaging and shipping efficiency to the UK. They also don't have a free returns shipping service like Thomann and Bax Music do.
