Salvador Sobral is a Portuguese singer best known for winning the Eurovision Song Contest in 2017 with the song Amar pelos dois, written by his sister Luísa Sobral. His victory marked Portugal’s first ever win in the competition and set a record for the highest score under the current voting system.
