Everything fine the company. It was the courier that left it with a Millets store with the packaging damaged. But, good follow up from the company.

All good. Good communication with the company and everything arrived safely and well packaged.

I emailed them before just to check about import taxes and received a reply within 48 hours and with useful information. I placed my on 13.09.21 and was due to be delivered 22.09.21. This morning my order arrived 27.09.21 and everything is as I had hoped. Happy with my new walking shoes and backpack.

Ordered my headphones, which were delivered quickly, and well packaged. Communication was excellent and the price was about 30% cheaper than any other webshop. I can highly recommend Muziker!

Glad I found Muziker because it was the only music store that stocked my favourite Vater drumsticks other than in America! I live in Scotland and the sticks were dispatched promptly and well packed. There was an issue with the UK couriers DPD who claimed they had tried to deliver twice (this often happens) but Muziker contacted them for me and sorted it out. The service was just as good as any UK music store so don’t hesitate to order from a store that seems to be a long distance away.

I bought a Jazzmaster from Muziker (by far the best price I could find compared to the UK) and it arrived swiftly, lots of email communication and it is a terrific guitar. Double boxed for shipping. I would 100% buy from Muziker again.

I ordered an Epiphone Dove pro from Muziker on Wednesday, they were out of stock everywhere else. It arrived just 3 days later and was the best price on-line. Yes it came from Bratislava but these guitars come from Indonesia, so no issue there. Comms were great and I could track the delivery all the way. Thank you Muziker

I bought a kayak from this company and was updated the entire time from the order to it arriving to my front door. I had a broken latch in which the customer service from Lea was above and beyond what I was expecting. A very fast response giving me options on a replacement part or a partial refund as well as getting in contact with the supplier. She was very polite and extremely helpful. Will definitely recommend buying from this company.

I was a little skeptical at first, some mixed reviews but after reading the genuine leap of faith review i decided to jump on board. I found a nice discount code too which saved me £16! Comms were good, item arrived 3 days ahead of schedule so i really have no complaints! I did email and recieved a response the next day too.

Ordered a electric unicycle and to be honest i was sceptical because of cheap price and bad reviews but because I had option to pay with Pay Pall I knew I’m covered anyway. Bought an SPJ62-3TS SX bass guitar from the Muziker.co.uk website as the price seemed a great deal. When I received my confirmation e-mail, the order showed the guitar was coming from Bratislava, which surprised me because of the .co.uk link with me thinking the guitar would come from somewhere in the UK. I googled reviews of Muziker and read quite a varied selection from 5 star to 1 star. So it was with a leap of faith that I waited to see how my delivery would turn out. Communication, contrary to what I had read, was concise and done in good time. I was hugely relieved to see that DPD were the chosen courier as I have had positive experiences with all their deliveries. There was a slight delay on the dispatch date as a GWP (gift with purchase) was not in stock which put the delivery date back by 3 days. When the delivery was dispatched, I was able to track its progress across Europe through the DPD app and was pleasantly surprised to receive it before the expected delivery date. The packaging was adequate (box within a box and some plastic foam packing) and clearly worded with 'Fragile Musical Instrument' emblazoned on the carton. Inside, the guitar was bagged and fairly well wrapped. Looked great when unpacked and although not tuned, took only a few minutes to do so. I know a lot of reviews have been unfavourable for the company, and I have to say I did hold my breath expecting something to go wrong with the order, given where it was coming from. Overall, I'm very pleased with the process and love my new bass guitar which looks great

I ordered an item that nowhere in the uk could supply out of desperation. After ordering I checked the reviews for them and was appalled by the bad reviews and was expecting to have to make a claim through paypal. I needn't have worried as the item arrived from Bratislava in 5 days in perfect condition.

Was slightly put off by the bad reviews but had no problems - worried a bit when half of my order didn't arrive but it showed up a couple of days later. Items were competitively priced and as described. Bear in mind though that despite having a UK web address they are based in Slovakia, so it will take a bit longer for delivery.

While on the hunt to a GoXLR Mini, I missed a weekend deal from Muziker UK. I contacted them via web chat and they were able to offer the same deal price. Not only it was cheaper than Amazon, but also the delivery quicker than Amazon Prime! Big thank you :)

I recently ordered a top of the range Novation Summit synthesizer from Muziker in Slovakia via their UK website as I could not resist the great price (almost too good to be true, but I needn’t have worried). Monika was extremely helpful throughout the process and the synth arrived safe and sound via DPD to my home in London within a few days. The synth was properly packaged, is brand new (not ex demo) and works perfectly - a very happy customer here!

I bought a Fender acoustic bass guitar - £51 cheaper than UK stores and free delivery. Ordered on Wednesday, arrived on Monday in pristine condition. Very happy with my purchase and no problems for me. I got a bit worried after making my purchase by reading all the bad reviews on Trustpilot, but while it appears to be a hit or miss company, my experience was definitely a hit!
