Managed to buy something i couldn’t get anywhere else. Happy with that as well as the service which was efficient, informed and packaged well.

Well presented. Good packaging

They pay all the duties, VAT and import taxes for purchases from the UK. My skis arrived in less than a week from order with no paperwork issues! Packaging a bit damaged but contents ok.

Excellent service and quick delivery

The item looks fine (not used yet) delivery time was good. However one thing that I wasn't pleased about was the delivery costs. The item was a small set of in ear headphones costing £18.40. I used paypal and just clicked the pay and then had the final total of £43-30. That was a shock and I tried to cancel but it was too late. £24.90 to ship in ear's is ridiculous.

I had doubts from buying from this company due to some negative reviews, but I have to say that service was great, I received the items just a few days after, as mentioned in the tracking information email, and when I contacted the customer service (for a technicality) through the web chat they answered immediately and have been very helpful. The items I bought were a great deal, in comparison to other websites. Based on my experience you can confidently buy from this company.
