PRS SE Studio Lake Blue Electric guitar
The PRS SE Studio Lake Blue stands out with its signature PRS double-cut shape and elegant appearance, featuring a mahogany body topped with figured maple veneer. The Shallow Violin Carve body contour provides playing comfort on par with the more expensive American-made Core series models.
The maple neck with a Wide Thin profile is fitted with a rosewood fingerboard and 22 frets. Navigation across the neck is made easy by PRS’s iconic bird inlays – a signature visual detail of the brand.
At the heart of the guitar’s tone is the bridge humbucker PRS 58/15 LT “S” (Low Turn), delivering a warm, full sound reminiscent of late ’50s pickups. It’s complemented by Narrowfield DD “S” (Deep Dish) pickups – compact humbuckers in a single-coil size that blend the best features of humbuckers, single-coils, and P-90s. Thanks to longer coils, denser winding, and metal inserts between the magnets, they produce a tight, punchy, and articulate tone.
The guitar’s tonal range is further expanded by a push/pull tone knob, which splits the bridge humbucker coils for added versatility.
Tuning remains stable thanks to the patented PRS tremolo system and PRS-designed tuning machines. The guitar comes with a soft gig bag for safe and convenient transport.
Finish: Polished
The glossy finish gives any surface an elegant and luxurious look. This type of finish is achieved by applying several layers of lacquer or resin, which are then polished to a high gloss. This provides a smooth, reflective finish, enhancing color and structure of substrate. The glossy finish not only improves aesthetics, but also protects against dust, moisture and minor scratches.
Body: Mahogany
Mahogany is a dense wood that produces a warm, full tone with rich bass and a strong mid-range. It is known for its excellent sustain and resonance, giving it a deep and round sound.

Neck: Maple
Maple is known for its strength and stability, making it ideal for necks that need to resist bending and warping.
Fretboard: Rosewood
Rosewood is a dark, dense wood that offers a warm, rich tone with excellent response and sustain. The rosewood fingerboard is valued for its smoothness and comfortable feel while offering durability and longevity. It is popular for its rich sound and classic aesthetic.
Pickups Configuration: HSS
The humbucker-single-coil-single-coil configuration means that the guitar is equipped with one humbucker pickup and two single-coil pickups. This combination offers a powerful and full tone from the bridge humbucker, along with bright and crisp sounds from the single-coil pickups, giving you a wide range of tonal possibilities, ideal for a variety of musical styles.
