Meinl Compact Steel 10" B Minor 432Hz Dark Green Tongue Drum

Compact Steel Tongue Drum for Meditation, Therapy, and Spontaneous Play

The Meinl Sonic Energy Compact Steel Tongue Drum 10" B Minor 432 Hz Dark Green is a portable steel percussion instrument built around eight pre-tuned notes in the B Minor scale. Its rounded body produces a soft, soothing tone that invites spontaneous playing in a yoga studio, sound-therapy session, or on the coffee table. Players can rest the 10-inch (254 mm) shell on a lap and slip it into the included drawstring bag for travel. The 432 Hz reference pitch gives every note a slightly warmer character than the standard 440 Hz concert tuning.

What Sets This Tongue Drum Apart

Unlike many budget tongue drums that ship roughly tuned, this model arrives with each of its eight notes meticulously pre-tuned to a fixed B Minor scale, so every strike sounds in key from the first tap. Sealing the bottom soundhole with a silicone plug tightens the sound, and three silicone feet keep the drum stable on a lap or tabletop. The included wooden mallets feature soft-wrapped rubber heads that bring out the drum's ethereal voice without harsh attack.
