I ordered this as a present for my partner. However when it arrived I was very disappointed to see that it had been damaged. The inner, paper sleeves and their plastic lining were both ripped as if the records themselves had torn through them. In addition the outer plastic envelope cover was also torn at the same place. In addition the grooves of the records themselves in the spot were filled with paper fibres. The top corner of the record cover on the same side was also bent and creased. The outer cardboard packaging that the record arrived in seems largely undamaged with only very slight dents and creases but it's not really clear if the item was damaged in transit or had been damaged in the store and then sent out, which would be a surprise to be honest. Nevertheless it is very disappointing. I photographed the item on receipt but as yet I haven' had a chance to actually test it, to see if it still plays ok as it's for a surprise present, but if it fails to play I will return it.
