Kyo is a French rock band led by vocalist Benoît Poher. Known for their melodic sound, the group first gained prominence in the early 2000s with the albums Kyo, Le Chemin, and 300 Lésions. After a hiatus starting in 2005, Kyo returned to the spotlight in 2013 with the album L'équilibre and continues to release new music. The band is also recognized for its involvement in the charity single L'Or de nos vies, supporting the fight against AIDS.
