Hans Theessink is a Dutch guitarist, mandolinist, singer, and songwriter known for his deep bass-baritone voice and expertise in blues and roots music, especially Delta blues. Based in Vienna, Austria, he has released twenty albums as well as instructional material. Notable works include the album Delta Time, a collaboration with Terry Evans and featuring Ry Cooder, and Wishing Well, which reflects on his career highlights and includes original songs inspired by the floods he witnessed in the Netherlands and stories from the American South.
