DPA 2028-B-SE2 Microphone Capsule

The black 2028-B-SE2 Supercardioid Vocal Condenser Microphone Capsule with SE2 Adapter from DPA is designed for the unique challenges of live stage performances. It can be used when paired with a Sennheiser 2000, 6000, 9000, or evolution series transmitter and receiver (sold separately) to capture and deliver a transparent, natural audio for live stage, theater, and broadcast applications.

The 2028's supercardioid condenser capsule offers a flat off-axis response. This give the microphone a very high gain-before-feedback, and at the same time, makes it so much easier for sound engineers to handle bleed from other instruments at close proximity. The capsule is fixed in its position on top of the newly designed shockmount and can't be dismounted. The pop filter too is specific for the 2028 microphone.
