Citron is a Czech hard rock and heavy metal band formed in Ostrava in 1976. The group originally played blues rock under the leadership of bassist Petr Michalík. In 1982, they shifted towards a heavier sound, led by drummer Radim Pařízek, and adopted their current name. Over the years, Citron has become a key figure on the Czech rock scene, releasing twelve studio albums, including three in English.
