Choose online payment or cash on delivery as the method of payment – it's the fastest. For bank transfers, we have to wait 1-2 days for payment, which at this time before Christmas, is an infinitely long time.

Always enter a mobile number only. The landline is slowly becoming a relic at the museum and couriers are often unable to call. Some couriers reject landlines completely.

Do not order heavy and oversized packages via DHL Express, as they will not load them for you. It is a fast service designed for standard packages.
