Aneta Langerová, born in 1986 in Benešov and raised in Říčany, is a prominent Czech pop singer. She gained national fame at 17 as the first winner of Česko hledá SuperStar, the Czech edition of Pop Idol, in 2004. Her debut album, Spousta andělů, quickly became a lasting bestseller. Recognized for her talent, she has frequently won major music awards in the Czech Republic, including multiple victories in the Český slavík poll and the Anděl Awards. In addition to her music career, she finished second in the 2010 season of StarDance, the Czech version of Dancing with the Stars.
