The guitar was as described. It was well-packed and the delivery time was reasonably short. I would have no hesitation in buying from them again.

Great product , competitive pricing

I would have given five stars but for one thing . I had two items in my shopping basket and placed my order. Something went wrong and my order was processed as one item not two . Within seconds of realising the mistake I contacted Muziker to inform them . But nothing could be done to amend the order . I then had to pay postage a second time to get my goods totaling £50 in postage alone . Grrrrr !

Good communications, but I would say they need to package better for international travel. The box was in tatters when it arrived to me in uk.

They sent it straight away however, by UPS they arrived 5 to 7 days later coming from Slovakia? I wasn't in a hurry. The equipment was in working order.

Nice competitive value, and swift delivery, but packaging was dreadful. I could see my stuff in the half destroyed box and l suspect everyone else could too.

Great experience but sadly the packaging was all open when it arrived. The delivery person did make sure I checked it was there however. Although I would definitely use Musiker again.
