The offshore trousers are awesome, however UPS delivery was rubbish. Address wasn't recognised by UPS. Changed delivery to a delivery point. They failed to deliver there twice. Finally arrived 3 weeks later, at the original delivery address, and after multiple calls to UPS. However, once again, the HH offshores are ace. Quality production. Thank you Muziker for supplying them.

Excellent Customer Service, Great Product, and fast efficient delivery

Had trouble sourcing my item from other retailers but Muziker had it in stock & use a good courier service in UPS so I was happy to order from them. The order even arrived a day earlier than estimated.

The mark of a good company is how well they handle problems. I bought a very expensive 2nd hand trolley. It had a fault, but Muziker claims and customer service was brilliant. Took it back full refund and now have another in its place. Very impressed.

Excellent service and fast delivery

I purchased a software license from Muziker. The product was in a sale, and the price was good. It took a couple of minutes for the license key to become available, but everything worked smoothly.

My order was dispatched speedily and I was kept informed at every stage. A very efficient and satisfactory service. The website gave a very clear description of the article. I would definitely use this company again.

Excellent support from Raul and Marius at Muziker after my purchase of Strymon’s BigSky plugin. The terminology ‘Licence Key’ (should be labelled Redemption Code) and Activation Code led to uncertainty as to how to activate the software in my DAW (they send you a Licence Key which you then have to input on the Strymon website in the Redemption Code section - this then generates the Activation Code you need). Both these guys got onto the case straight away and got me up and running. They said they would call me back, and they did. They said they would follow up and get the issue sorted out, and they did. I must admit I was sceptical about using Muziker initially but have to say my scepticism was totally unfounded. This was customer service at its best. Thank you guys.

Quick and easy

Easy to order through PayPal. Nice website layout. Shame the postage was with ups as it took 12 days from ordering to arrive and was hard to track due to ups website not updating correctly however this is no fault of Muziker and will buy from them again.
