Guitar shipped to UK, no faults or damage. Well packaged. There was a bit of damage to the cardboard box but nothing major. Simple payment and smooth process.

The recorder is great, even if I'm no musician. Packaging was fine, but delivery by UPM was the usual UPM dog's dinner, with courier knocking and leaving before we could answer the door. That meant a five-mile trek to the pick-up point.
