I was a bit hesitant about ordering from an internet company based in Slovakia - but checked on Trustpilot and noted their high score so, as the product I wanted was not sold by the manufacturers in the UK and some other internet companies were out of my size (I was ordering boots) thought I'd give them a go - knowing I always had recourse to my Credit Card company. However, in the event the process couldn't have gone better. Initially delivery was indicated for 04 Jan, but they were actually delivered 23 Dec. Muziker provide full invoicing details and tracking is via UPS after initial notification from Muziker. I will certainly be happy to order from them again.

im always apprehensive on buying from over seas. but with full track and trace via ups put my mind at ease..Very happy with prompt replies from customer services. my purchase is much cheaper than i can purchase in the u.k and that included shipping too😃 Thanks Andy G

I looked on the internet for the best deal that i could get for the golf club that I wanted and Muziker was the best. Not only that, my golf club was delivered a day before the due date and with today's postal problems, I was more than impressed. Great service thank you.

I purchased an Avid Sibelius maintenance subscription extension. All went smoothly - I received the licence code by email after a wait of about an hour. The code worked correctly on the Avid website.

I was a little worried at first about using a company outside of the UK, but it was really easy to order, I was kept informed and the package arrived well wrapped and a day early!

I was nervous ordering high value items from a new (to me) seller. There was no need to be the items were in stock at a reasonable price. No extra UK VAT or import duty to pay Postage cost was high but fair and goods arrived quickly
