Once again brilliant service and genuine 100% product ,will be using muziker again keep up the good service .

The size was didn't fit that was our fault but trying to explain that we needed to return and change for a smaller one was quite difficult. Ordered in September and finally we received the exchange in November so it took two months to to get a jacket communication quite poor.

Great service. Shipping was quick and the item was packaged perfectly.

Muziker have good prices. Even with the expensive shipping costs (~£30 to the UK!) —if you get the right deal, it can still be cheaper than anywhere else. However, what has let them down is the poor packaging. I ordered two items (separately) and one box arrived barely intact and you could see why (poorly packed.) The other item arrived with the box already opened (!) and the item inside rattling around. They clearly do not package their items well enough for the long trip ahead, and that's a shame.

I ordered a Mackie profx desk, the price was the best I could find anywhere. I was a little concerned with the product coming from Slovakia to UK, but there was excellent tracking with UPS and I knew exactly where my order was throughout the process. Overall very pleased with the experience and would order again from Muziker.
