I have never heard of this company "Muziker", so I looked on Trust Pilot, which indicated it had good reviews. I also could not believe how cheap the item was and that it indicated it was in stock. I placed my order and within one day, I received a confirmation order email with invoice and a tracking number for UPS. The delivery time took just over a week, now this may have been because it is near Christmas, or that I think the Company is based in Europe - As the address had United Kingdom on it. It arrived as described, in a timely manner, with tracking details. It is a Brilliant company to do business with. A+

Brilliant service, love the DDP to the UK, makes it all so simple, skates are over £100 cheaper than here in uk.

Ordered item on fast checkout not realising it was one item plus delivery charge, not the two I wanted. Muziker dealt with it by sending me the missing product free of charge. Overall I appreciated their customer service but UK delivery charge should be better highlighted.

Fantastic experience! I ordered boots that are hard to find in this country and they were in the sale! I was a bit apprehensive about ordering because of the distance but they arrived to the UK ahead of schedule and although the outer box was a little damaged, the shoe box and boots themselves were in perfect condition. I am delighted with my purchase! Great communication and I would have no hesitation in buying from them again and would encourage others to do so as well!
