The Gotoh SD90-SL MG-T Locking 3L/3R N is a six-piece set of locking tuning machines designed as a drop-in upgrade for vintage-style electric and acoustic guitars. The MG-T locking system uses a knurled screw on the back of the post to clamp the string, so fewer wraps are needed and tuning stays stable after string changes. The set ships with pearloid keystone buttons, nickel finish, mounting screws, and push-in sleeves, and is manufactured in Japan.

The Gotoh SD90-SL MG-T Locking 3L/3R N is a six-piece set of locking tuning machines for vintage-style electric and acoustic guitars. The MG-T locking system uses a knurled screw on the back of the post to clamp the string, so once wound to pitch the tuner holds it firmly without slippage. With a 1:15 gear ratio, tuning is precise and slightly stiffer than non-locking vintage-style tuners, which translates into more accurate intonation after bending.
Fit and What's in the Box
The set ships with pearloid keystone buttons in a nickel finish, plus fastening screws and push-in sleeves. The 8.8 mm bore suits guitars with smaller vintage-style tuner holes, such as many Gibson and PRS SE models, while newer USA-made guitars with 10 mm holes may need adapter bushings. Made in Japan.
