Dreadbox Euphoria Modular System
The Dreadbox Euphoria is a full analog 8-stage phase shifter Eurorack module, delivering warm, vintage-flavored modulation rooted in classic OTA (Operational Transconductance Amplifier) chip technology.
The eight-stage phasing circuit creates lush, sweeping textures reminiscent of the iconic phase effects of the 1970s and '80s, from subtle shimmer to deep, woozy sweeps.
At higher resonance settings, Euphoria produces distinctive phase AM (amplitude modulation) sounds, adding complex harmonic movement to any audio source.
The module accommodates instrument-level signal inputs, making it compatible with guitar, bass, and other fretted instruments in addition to synthesizer-level signals.
An internal Voltage Controlled LFO with a triangle wave shape and an exceptionally wide frequency range provides built-in automatic modulation, eliminating the need for an external LFO in many applications.
Euphoria brings classic, warm analog phasing to the Eurorack format with full CV control and instrument-friendly signal handling.

An LFO, or low frequency oscillator, brings electronic sound to life. It adds movement and interest to synthetic sounds and effects, playing an important role in both subtle synthesis and bold sound design. However, you won't hear the LFO itself because it acts as a modulator. This means that it does not directly affect the audio signal, but adjusts other parameters such as oscillator pitch and filter clipping.
