I am extremely satisfied with the product. The microphone is very robust, has a beautiful design that creates a feeling of uniqueness. I also own an AKG D5 and this its more mature brother is really a class above in terms of vocal pickup and clarity. I've also compared it to the Shure SM58, but it is so class to the AKG D5. The AKG D7 beautifully accentuates the hiss and the musician is so beautifully heard. I have nothing more to add, don't hesitate to buy!
