The XL1600 is designed to make the work of sound engineers as easy as possible, which is why the individual sections of the mixing desk are color-coded. 4 subgroups will make working with sound much easier, because there is nothing easier than assigning, for example, drums or vocals to one subgroup and controlling their volume with a single fader. Assigning to groups is extremely simple - using the buttons next to the fader of each channel.

Behringer XL1600 offers 8 mono channels with XENYX microphone preamplifiers, which sound better than other microphone preamplifiers in the given price level. There are also four stereo channels available, which can also be used as 4 microphone channels - so it can be adapted to different conditions that may arise during the sound system.

The built-in British-style equalizer imitates the sound of old mixing consoles from the 60s and 70s, whose musicality is still highly valued today. Thanks to this equalizer, any modifications do not disturb the original character of the sound - for example, when the treble is lowered, the resulting sound is not "under the blanket" or the addition of lower frequencies does not mean that the bass becomes unintelligible and the rest of the frequency spectrum is obscured.

Low-cut filters on each channel, which when switched on, weaken frequencies below 80Hz, a pair of headphone outputs and a pair of BNC connectors for lamps are certainly a pleasant bonus.
