The load or force strap is a support double loop in the shape of the number 8. The rippers are designed so that the loops are wrapped around the axis and your wrist is fixed through both loops. This grip is stronger and designed for each type of axis. It is threaded through the loops behind the wrist and the lower strap secures the barbell.
