A softer and more flexible side compound reinforce the grip and deformation, while the central harder compound ensures rolling performance.
Spider-Tech technology
Oversize “Plus” tires need a casing design to match their size. Our SpiderTech construction was designed specifically for our Koloss+ series. The double-thickness casing increases sidewall stiffness to limit tire squirm at low pressure and offer a quicker steering response. Optimal casing deflection maximizes tire contact patch so you get the full benefit of fatter rubber, and anti-puncture reinforcement under the tread limits flats from thorns and other objects.
