Strings rusty, metal cover piece at the bottom was bent out of shape so we spent more than an hour trying to get it off to be able to change the strings. The untreated wooden piece in the middle which is unattached to the mandolin looks like it has mold on it but I'm not sure tbh. Otherwise it's ok.
