This is not my first Mainl cajon. I wanted to go up and buy something from the best Artisan Edition series. This is one of the cheapest options, but with a great-sounding eucalyptus front. The wood is very well polished, all the corners are smoothed, it is immediately clear that this is really handmade. And a major improvement that other companies do not have is the thumb groove on the front, which makes playing more comfortable. In the photo there is a large company logo, which somewhat spoils the look of the cajon. But in reality it is without this logo and looks like a work of art made of wood. The most important thing is that this cajon has a very good sound. All the playing zones sound separately, almost without mixing with each other. With a clear upper wood and a bright small babban sound a little lower, the bass sound in the middle section does not have an additional admixture of impurities in the sound of the strings. I definitely give it the highest rating.
