Lindsey Jordan, born in 1999 in Ellicott City, Maryland, is the musician behind the indie rock project Snail Mail. She began performing as Snail Mail at just 15 and gained attention with the 2016 EP Habit. After signing with Matador Records, she released the acclaimed debut album Lush in 2018 and followed it with Valentine in 2021, earning a reputation for raw songwriting and emotive guitar work.
