The snare drum is nice, but the tuning screws were difficult from the very beginning, when I tried to unscrew the screw, it broke. The service stated mechanical damage through photos, which is standard in such cases. The lack of support in the store in solving the problem is the biggest minus. The moral of the story is that it is better to pay a higher amount in other music stores in exchange for support in the complaint handling process.
