I'm "disappointed" by this too.

Cons: It's incredibly out of tune. I've been struggling with it for 2 days now. I also have a 5 string banjo that's much cheaper, but it's perfectly fine. I have the impression that the fingerboard and body joint is not in order. There's even some paint peeling off at the end of the neck, as if someone "wronged" it there incorrectly during assembly. I'm considering returning the goods.
