Onkyo TX-NR7100

The Onkyo TX-NR7100 is a 9.2-channel THX Certified AV Receiver that brings new meaning to the phrase “home movie night.” 

1. Dirac Live Room Correction: The TX-NR7100 comes with built-in, ready-to-use Dirac Live Room Correction. This technology improves musical staging, clarity, dialog, and deeper bass. Additionally, the two additional channels create a 5.1.4 Dolby Atmos immersive surround sound experience.

2. Klipsch Optimize Mode: You can easily integrate your Klipsch Reference and Reference Premiere speakers seamlessly with the Onkyo AV receiver. Klipsch and Onkyo collaborated to implement precise crossover values for specific new Reference Premiere speakers. Simply select the model speakers for each channel, and the optimized crossover setting will be automatically applied.

3. Discrete Zone 3 HDMI Switching: Set up different high-definition entertainment options with up to 8K60 resolution in two different rooms from your Onkyo receiver. Zone 3 supports analog and Net sources only.

4. State-of-the-Art Dirac Live Room Correction: This technology unlocks your loudspeakers’ full potential, improving audio performance across the full frequency band without additional upgrades. Dirac Live automatically calibrates sound in your room using either your smartphone and the included wired mic or virtually wireless with the Dirac Live PC or MacOS application and a 3rd party USB mic (not included).

5. THX Certified: In 1993, Onkyo became the first consumer electronics brand to be THX-certified. The TX-NR7100 offers four distinct THX listening modes: cinema, gaming, music, and surround EX.

6. Built-In Streaming Services: Access Spotify, TIDAL, Deezer, TuneIn, and Pandora directly from the system. Use dedicated apps (where available) or the free Onkyo Control App for Apple and Android devices to find and play music.

7. HDMI 2.1 with 8K: The most recent update of the HDMI spec, HDMI 2.1, supports eARC, higher video resolutions (including 8K60 and 4K120), and Dynamic HDR formats. 8K delivers a super-immersive viewing experience with 2x the horizontal and vertical resolution of 4K, combined with a 60Hz refresh rate for smooth and sharp content viewing^.
