Solid Flamed Okoume top offers a full-bodied and warm mid-range and a bright tone. The attractive, Flamed Okoume back and sides offer present and rich midrange tones. In order to achieve supreme playability, the neck was specially designed with Thin-C shape style comfort grip with fingerboard's rounded edge. The jumbo frets support easy fingering. Rosewood fretboard provides a well-balanced solid tone with a focused mid range. The lightweight, Rosewood scalloped bridge improves vibration efficiency for better resonance and provides more flexibility in adjusting the action than does a typical bridge. The Ibanez T-bar Undersaddle pickup accurately translates that full sound to whatever amplification system you plug it into. The guitar also features on-board treble and bass controls for contouring the tone, making the AE suitable for variety of applications for modern players.
