Gabríel Ólafs is an Icelandic pianist, composer, and producer known for his evocative instrumental music blending piano, strings, choir, and electronics. A recording artist with Decca Records US and cofounder of the Reykjavík Orkestra, his work is inspired by classical music, Icelandic poetry, Norse heritage, film, and the natural landscapes of Iceland.
