The description includes the fixing screws and springs. The package (which was intact) contained only the tremolo. I complained to the music shop, who said after a long argument that "it was like that in the package then", they couldn't help it. Then they said they were sorry and would refund 2500 HUF to my account the following week... Slowly 3 weeks passed, but nothing... After two weeks I wrote another complaint, but Dávid Sipos, with whom I corresponded about this matter, did not respond. Then another complaint followed, and after a few days the "administrator" replied that he did not understand and would do everything to get me the money. So far nothing has been done about this matter... The amount is pitiful, the administration.... BELOW CRITICALLY!!!! I have bought at least 10 times from the music shop, so far there has been no problem. This was my LAST purchase! I indicated in the "note regarding the description" comment under the product description that the parts in the description were missing, but the description has not been modified since then!
