The Celestion VT-Junior is in my opinion a very good match for the Laney VC15, a small open back combo. I was looking for a bigger fuller sound than the original Jensen C10Q. In my search I tried a Jensen Falcon 10" which was too bland in this amp and an Eminence Ragin Cajun that was too brash for me and with a magnet so big it touched the transformer. The VT-Junior gives this small amp a big full sound, both clean and distorted, is fun and easy to play and interacts well with the amp's tone controls.
