Bruynzeel Set of Watercolour Pencils 24 pcs

I ordered this pencils on muziker . I received my order and was very very very upset because not all pencils and some of the pencils have already been used!!!I wrote a letter to them by mail, but someone did not answer me. I won't have anything else to order here !!!
