Sadu jsem koupil, abych vyzkoušel nízkou ovinutou strunu G. Ze sady jsem použil zatím jen tuto strunu a jsem docela spokojen. Struna s ovinutím se zvukově příliš neliší od čistě nylonových a ukulele s ní má při hraní akordů plnější zvuk. Zároveň se tím rozšiřuje rozsah pro vybrnkávání. Doporučuji vyzkoušet.

I bought the set to try a low wrapped G string. I've only used this string from the set so far and I'm pretty happy with it. A wrapped string doesn't sound too different from a pure nylon string, and the ukulele has a fuller sound with it when playing chords. At the same time, this expands the range for strumming. I recommend trying it.

Kvalita by bola dobrá, lenže som struny objednala kvôli low G, čo sa mi na sopranovom ukulele vôbec neusvedčilo. Po naladení do malého g je také nenapnuté, že sa samo brnká o pražce. Podľa mňa nepoužiteľné. Možno by vyhoveli na tenor ukulele, ktoré má dlhšiu menzúru, tým by sa to mohlo napnúť. Ale presne neviem, neskúšala som.

The quality would be good, but I ordered the strings because of the low G, which did not suit me at all on the soprano ukulele. After tuning to G minor, it is so relaxed that it strums itself on the frets. Unusable in my opinion. Maybe they would fit a tenor ukulele that has a longer scale, that could tighten it up. But I don't know exactly, I haven't tried.
