An award winning formulation from Viridian Nutrition, Co-enzyme B Complex features ‘co-enzyme’ forms of the essential nutrients, available in a format that are a step further down the metabolic pathway and therefore more easily utilized by the body which is particularly important for those with certain genetic polymorphisms.

Vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 and B12 all contribute to normal energy production and help reduce tiredness and fatigue.

Directions: As a food supplement take one capsule daily with food or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.

Dietary supplement with B coenzymes. 30 capsules (22.7 g).
Ingredients in 1 vegan capsule: magnesium ascorbate (vitamin C) 150 mg (188 *), capsule shell (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose) based on alfalfa, spirulina and blueberries (30.3 mg total), ascorbate and magnesium oxide (magnesium) 100 mg (27 *), choline bitartrate 20 mg, thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B 1) 30 mg (2727 *), calcium D-pantothenate (vitamin B5) 30 mg (500 *), pyridoxine hydrochloride and pyridoxal-5'-phosphate 4: 1 (Vitamin B6 and coenzyme B6) 25 mg (1786 *), riboflavin and riboflavin-5'-phosphate 5: 1 (vitamin B2 and coenzyme B2) 30 mg (2143 *), nicotinamide and NADH 5: 1 (vitamin B3 and coenzyme B3) 30 mg (188 *), inositol 20 mg, coenzyme Q10 10 mg, 5'-deoxyadenosylcobalamin and methylcobalamin 1: 1 (vitamin B12 and coenzyme B12) 400 µg (16000 *), biotin 300 µg (600 *), 5-methyltetrahydrofolate (folic acid / folate) 200 µg (100 *). *% Reference values for vitamin and mineral intake.
