Multipurpose speaker enclosure with power output of 1000 W that is tuned to deliver the highest sound pressure levels (135 dB SPL peak). Its switchable filter configures it for use as a top unit (adding long range capability) in systems with Linear SUB 2000/2000 A units. It also makes an excellent monitor with a plenty of gain before feedback. Its rotatable 60° x 40° CD horn provides the right coverage pattern for each scenario. Speaker is equipped with a 1000-watt Class-D amplifier (650 + 350 W, bi-amped configuration), 12” LF driver with 2.5” voice coil and 1” HF driver with 1.75” voice coil. It provides two XLR-1/4” combo inputs, two XLR-Thru and one XLR mix output, and features an under-voltage protection, thermo-protection, short-circuit protection, over-current protection, subsonic 24dB/oct. filter and peak limiter. It also features a sensitivity switch (line/mic input A), EQ switch (Flat/Monitor) and Duotilt 3/7 pole mount. Speaker’s cabinet includes rugged hybrid (birch multiplex/MDF) housing with acrylic enamel finish, featuring three M8 rigging points, two integrated handles and 2mm metal grille backed with black acoustic foam.
