Chapman Guitars ML1 RS Rob Scallon Lunar Lunar

Rob Scallon is an online phenomenon; he's amassed an audience of 2 million subscribers with his metal covers, encapsulating compositions and outside-the-box techniques. To create his music he needed a modern instrument with a solid sound...enter the Chapman ML1- RS. One of the first things you'll notice about the ML1 RS is the neck-through design. Swamp Ash surrounds a Mahogany neck, resulting in a tone that lends itself well to contemporary playing styles. This configuration reinforces the body and neck to compensate drop-tuning/higher string tension, and also allows for improved resonance across the lower frequencies. Ebony is used for the fretboard, adding an element of brightness and clarity to the mix. This also makes for smooth playability, especially thanks to the carved body, deep cutaways and rolled fretboard edges. Dual-loaded with Chapman Passive Aggressive Ceramic humbuckers, the ML1 RS delivers full-tilt metal tones in spectacular fashion. Combined with the Swamp Ash and Mahogany tonewood combo, expect a rich low-end, a detailed midrange and a glassy treble response, perfect for lead parts and solo performances. A 3-way blade pickup selector and push-pull coil tab option also provides you with a broad tonal palette - perfect for modern metal. Slick black hardware is used throughout, including a sturdy string-through hardtail bridge. Precise construction, modern design and a dynamite finish make for a lethal combination.
